HALLOWEEN

Halloween , the eve of All Saints' Day, is celebrated on the 31st of october.It is a very old festival. It is more than two thousand years old . It used to be called the "Festival of the Dead". Halloween celebrated death and the end of the year. It was a special night for witches. Today halloween is a festival of fun.Children dress up as witches, ghosts and all kinds of monsters. They have parties and play tricks on people.

We decorated our school to celebrate it.

After a well earned long summer holiday a new school year has begun.
